ELMONT, NY- Nassau County Executive Thomas Suozzi and Nassau County Legislator and Chairman of the Nassau Economic Development Committee David Mejias will join with Senior Vice President of the New York Racing Association Bill Nader, Long Island Convention & Visitors Bureau Director Regina Zara, and Nassau County Council of Chambers of Commerce President Richard Bivone, in announcing an expected economic, restaurant and hotel boom as thousands from all over the world descend on Long Island as one of the greatest events in horse racing takes place at Belmont Park.
